They were made by Teisco, a Japanese company that made inexpensive instruments for many companies. Decca was just an import company trying to capitalize on the Decca record company name, a hot label in the 60's - think Rolling Stones! Alas, the acoustics were mostly made of plywood and I would classify them as student level guitars.
